The Chant of Metta.

Metta is a pali word for loving kindness. Chanting of metta is wishing loving kindness to all the living beings. The supreme Lord Buddha also had said the importance and benefits of being loving kind to all the living beings. The Chant of Metta is a Pali sutta sung by Imee Ooi, it soothes the soul of the one who is listening to it. According to dharma when a person practises loving kindness and meditates on loving kindness he/she will get the following benefits. (from Anguttara Nikaya 11.16)

will be protected from all sorts of accidents caused by the fire, poisons, and weapons.

Will sleep easily,will have pleasant dreams and will wake easily

Will be loved by people, devas (Gods & Angels) and animals
