Let's make Gherkin pickle

Gherkins are low in calories and fat, and a good source of vitamin K, vitamin A, minerals and fiber. Pickled gherkin is fermented gherkin which is a great source of healthy probiotic bacteria which may improve digestive health. You should keep in mind that pickles made with vinegar do not contain live probiotics. So , if you want to make pickles with live probiotics, avoid adding vinegar, If not you can add vinegar to make the pickle. Here is the recipe for making Gherkin pickle with vinegar.
Ingredients:

6 cups of sliced Gherkins

1 cup of vinegar (optional)

1 tablespoons of salt

2 cups of sugar

1 cup of sliced onions
-
1 cup of chopped bell pepper

Black pepper powder as per your taste (optional)
Method :
Add salt, sugar and vinegar into a pot and let it heat in the shimmer until the sugar is well dissolved. It may take 10 minutes. Then add sliced Gherkins, onions and chopped bell peppers and black pepper powder into a bowl and mix them well.
After that add the vinegar - sugar mixture into the Gherkins and mix well.
Get a sterilized mason jar and put the pickle mixture into it and close the lid. Keep it in the refrigerator. The Gherkins will be preserved for two weeks in the refrigerator.
