Ingredients:

1 Apple (Peeled and chopped)

One Ginger root (Peeled and chopped, size is about your thumb)

Juice of two limes

¼ cups of honey

1 cup of water

Two cups of ice cubes
Method:
There is only one thing to do to make this smoothie. That is, blend all the ingredients mentioned above. If you like you can drink it without filtering or you can filter and then drink.
