Finger millet (Kurakkan) & Sago porridge

I have presented to you the recipe of making Finger millet cake before. In this article I am going to tell you how to make Finger millet & Sago porridge.
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Kurakkan / Finger millet flour

400 ml of Coconut milk
-
300 ml of Water
-
Sugar (as your preference, 2 teaspoons are suitable)

50g Sago seeds
-
Salt as your taste
-
Vanilla (optional)
Method:
Mix water,Coconut milk, sugar and Kurakkan flour together until the flour is finely dissolved in. Heat the mixture at low temperature while stirring, add Sago seeds,drop of Vanilla and salt into it. Keep on stirring until you get the porridge texture. Then turn off the cooker and serve it warm.
If you want to eat the porridge you should reduce the volume of water and Coconut milk you use to make the porridge. If you want to drink it you can increase the volume of the water and Coconut milk to make the porridge.
